Germany’s Rhine and Moselle Valley’s have scenery dominated by castles, cathedrals, woods and vineyards, hiking trails and stunning rivers. We include a full day Rhine Valley excursion which offers visits to Bingen, the Drusubridge, Klopp Castle and the Mauseturn (the mouse tower) which was once a customs post. Day four offers a full day included Moselle Valley Tour calling at Koblenz and Cochem, the pearl of the Moselle River with its narrow street, twisty alleys and half-timbered houses. No visit to the Rhine Valley would be complete without joining our optional Rhine River Cruise visiting the Lorelei Rock, returning via St. Goar. You are assured of a friendly welcome at one of our hand-picked hotels, such as the family-run Hotel Zur Alten Post, located in Bad Salzig near Boppard. We include four breakfasts and three dinners during your stay and you can relax and enjoy the comfortable bar and restaurant which are decorated in the traditional German style.
YOUR HOTEL
You will stay for four nights at a comfortable hotel, such as, or similar to, the family-run Hotel Zur Alten Post, located in Bad Salzig near Boppard. All hotels used have well-furnished en-suite bedrooms as well as a comfortable bar and a restaurant in typical German style décor. Breakfast and dinner will be included throughout your stay, except no dinner on day one due to the late arrival at your hotel.

Day 2 - RHINE RIVER CRUISE. Optional afternoon excursion.
Day 3 - RHINE TOUR INCLUDING RUDESHEIM. Included full day excursion.

Day 5 - GERMANY. Journey to Calais and then home.
